Terms for monetary gift vouchers

These terms explain buying an online gift voucher and using it with LiZa Memories Photography.

What you buy

You buy a monetary gift voucher in euros. It may be used towards personally arranged sessions and additional images agreed for them at LiZa Memories Photography. Organised nursery, kindergarten and school photo days are excluded. It does not promise a particular package or reserve a date. Prices available at the time of booking apply, and a date is agreed personally, subject to availability.

Order, contract and payment

You can change your details before placing a binding order. Clicking “Order with obligation to pay” submits a binding order, accepted through the order confirmation. Pay the total by bank transfer using the stated order reference. The emailed PDF is free. Optional postal delivery costs an additional €4.80, which is not voucher credit. The voucher value, delivery cost and total are shown separately before ordering. The code is activated only after I confirm receipt of the full payment.

Your voucher by email and optionally by post

After payment confirmation, the PDF is sent to the buyer’s email address and is available through the protected order link. For an additional €4.80, you can order a printed voucher to an address within Austria. The mailing is prepared after payment confirmation; its dispatch status appears through your order link. The delivery address may differ from the billing address. The PDF and printed voucher share the same code and credit. Names and a personal message are optional.

Redemption and remaining credit

Provide the code in your enquiry, by email, or at the session. A non-binding enquiry does not use credit. Credit may be reserved at a binding booking; actual use is recorded at settlement. Any balance remains on the voucher. If the session costs more, the difference is payable. Unused credit is retained if the date changes. Keep the code safe: anyone who knows it can request redemption.

Partner discounts and cash payments

Buying a voucher and using a partner code are separate matters. Any discount on a later session follows the relevant benefit terms, after which voucher credit is applied. There is no additional partner discount when purchasing the voucher. Voluntary cash redemption is not offered. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.

Validity

There is no short expiry period. The statutory limitation period applies. These terms do not restrict mandatory legal rights.

Your right of withdrawal for an online purchase

You can withdraw from the voucher purchase without giving any reason. For PDF vouchers this is possible at any time before the first successful email delivery, and for at least 14 days afterwards. With additional postal delivery, the period is at least 14 days from actual receipt of the physical voucher by you or a person you nominate other than the carrier. An earlier PDF email does not shorten this period. Resending does not restart it. Statutory extensions or a later statutory start remain unaffected.

To exercise your right, inform Emina Huremovic · LiZa Memories Photography, Mela-Spira-Straße 32b, 8054 Graz-Straßgang, Austria, info@liza-memories-photography.com, of your decision through a clear statement, for example by email or post. You may also use the withdrawal function in your protected order link. Sending the statement before the period expires is sufficient.

Following a valid withdrawal, all payments received, including paid standard postal delivery costs, are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of your declaration. The same payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional refund fees are charged. The voucher code is blocked; you do not need to return the physical voucher.

Sending or downloading the voucher PDF alone does not end this right. Redeeming credit during the withdrawal period is not a general waiver of statutory rights. If credit has already been used, reversal is reviewed according to the actual legal entitlements.
